Standard Assess
Standard Assess provides a broad analysis of your IT service management process maturity. The service comprises 5* working days' of effort and concludes with a high-level Management Report giving a list of recommendations and actions.
Process Assess
Process Assess provides a detailed analysis and examination of a particular process. The service comprises in excess of 5 working days' of effort depending upon the process and circumstances in question. The service concludes with a detailed Management Report with comprehensive findings, recommendations and actions.
Full Assess
Full Assess provides an in-depth assessment of your organisation's process maturity, across your entire IT operation. The service typically comprises around 15-25* working days' of effort and concludes with a Full Discovery Report including recommendations and actions.
