Neil Buckley
Neil's career history has spanned the entire spectrum of Operations work; beginning with a position as Network Analyst and culminating in a range of senior positions within prestigious, blue-chip organisations.

Neil has held senior-level operational management positions for companies such as Walt Disney, DHL and Exodus Internet. More recently, Neil headed the Operations Divisions at Siemens Internet Services and was Head of UK Engineering at Cable & Wireless leading a team of over 100 operational staff.

With a passion for service excellence, Neil has a proven track record in successfully turning around poorly performing Operations teams using best practice methods.

Simon Slater
Simon has over 15 years' experience of working within IT operational management positions.

Much of this experience has centred on high-profile project management roles which have involved using industry standards and best practice methods including ITIL^® and MOF^®.

As well as these project management credentials, Simon has significant man-management experience, more recently having led a team of sixteen UNIX engineers through a period of great change; successfully and measurably improving the team's morale, reputation and productivity in less than a year.

Simon's experience and proven track record has been built up in a wide range of prominent, blue-chip organisations such as DHL, Walt Disney, Exodus Internet and Cable and Wireless.
