| IT Service Management Awareness
|
This 1-day training course is based on an IT Service Management simulation and guarantees that serious business issues are delivered in a fun and exciting way. Instead of standard training methods which require lots of information to be absorbed through ‘whiteboard' lectures, this simulation is an innovative way to educate delegates.
By participating in interactive, computer-based role-plays, delegates explore how IT Service Management affects the key areas of the business responsible for delivering IT services. Dependencies between areas of the business and the relationship with the customer are all demonstrated as part of this simulation, providing an end-to-end overview of the full service provision. |

It is designed for all those who wish to familiarise themselves with IT Service Management, as laid out in ITIL®. It provides a recognised entry-level professional qualification in the field of IT Service Management and is also a pre-requisite for more advanced Service Management courses. |

This course provides comprehensive first-level training for anyone involved in the provision, support and delivery of IT services.
The aim of the course is to give an overview in ITIL Version 3 topics such as Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement. Course finishes with an optional one hour multiple choice exam for the V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (a pre-requisite for further V3 training). |

| IT Service Management Foundation Bridge (Version 2 - Version 3)

This ITIL® V3 Foundation Bridging Course provides a fast track route to the ITIL® V3 Foundation certificate. It is a one-day course that is designed to help delegates who currently hold an earlier version of the ITIL Foundation certificate to progress through the new ITIL Version 3 exam structure.
The aim of the course is to give an overview of the new topics in ITIL® Version 3, namely, Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement. It will also help delegates understand the key differences in the ITIL versions. Course finishes with a 30 minute multiple choice exam. |

| ISO20000 (BS15000)
|
| Two courses are available for ISO20000. The first is designed for those wishing to examine the key differences between BS15000 and ISO20000 in order to find out how this will affect their organisation. Also available is a 3-day course for consultants who need to understand the requirements of the Standard and be able to demonstrate the necessary competence to perform consultancy in this area. The course includes a detailed examination of Part 1 and 2 of the Standard, discussions, exercises and exam practice. Copies of the Standard and Pocket Guide are included. |
